We got you covered! At Lignin we go through a meticulous quality assurance testing process to ensure our products are the highest quality for our customers. Customers should contact Lignin if not satisfied with a product for any reason. Lignin will promptly provide a replacement if the product is returned within 30 days of date of purchase. Please see our Refund & Return Policy.

LIMITED WARRANTY

If you believe your Lignin product is damaged, defective, or otherwise inoperative please contact Lignin Customer Support by phone at (505)-765-5742 or by email at accounts@ligninusa.com for warranty return authorization. A Lignin representative will communicate with you to determine whether to authorize warranty replacement.

Lignin will replace the product without charge. Lignin will ship a replacement product to you. You are responsible for securely packing the defective product and returning it to Lignin within ten (10) working days of receipt of the replacement.
